Recipes: More Smothies!

We have a birthday dinner to get ready! So far on the menu is a cheese cake and some cannolis! He said as long as he has those he’ll be happy so us girls get to pick the rest of the menu. Cheese and crackers used to be a favorite so I am dehydrating some cheese now and will get some flax crackers dehydrating soon. I plan to post all of the recipes we use for the birthday dinner. So, stay tuned for those recipes including the cheese and crackers!
For now, some more smoothie recipes….

1:
4 c watermelon
1 banana
Handful (I mean a BIG handful :) )of greens
Juice of ½ a lemon

2:
2 c spinach
1 papaya, seeds removed
1 banana
1 c water

3:
3 c cantaloupe
Handful of greens

4:
1 pint strawberries
2 bananas
½ avocado
2 c water
Handful of kale

5:
1 apple
1 pear
Handful of strawberries
A big handful of greens
