You’re going to love this one… so easy and so good!
Guacamole for 1 person (double as necessary)
1 ripe avocado, skin and pit removed, scoop out of the skin and cut it into cubes
1 ripe roma tomato, diced
About 1 tsp (more or less as you like) onion
Sprinkle of sea salt
Mix it together and enjoy… you can eat this plain or put it on a lettuce leaf for a sandwich!

Hi T...I had this for lunch today and it was tasty. I ate it in a lettuce wrap using half an avocado & tomato with a scallion instead of onion. I was able to have two wraps...Thanks :)
